Yes, in theory this is possible. Semen could leak out, and sperm could swim through moist tissue to enter the vagina. However, we would be even more concerned about the risk of sexually transmitted infections, such as HIV or gonorrhea, as a result of unprotected anal intercourse. It is very important to use condoms with both anal and vaginal sex. And to be safe, the woman should use an additional method of reliable birth control, just in case the condom gets torn.
