Many skin conditions that appear in the genital area that have nothing to do with sexual activity. Also, a history of skin cancer at your age is quite rare – perhaps a precancerous birthmark or nevus was removed. The sores that you’ve noticed could be something a simple as infected hair follicles or might represent a herpes virus infection that was not sexually transmitted. Only your doctor can tell for sure.
