Many skin conditions that appear in the genital area that have nothing to do with sexual activity. Also, a history of skin cancer at your age is quite rare – perhaps a precancerous birthmark or nevus was removed. The sores that you’ve noticed could be something a simple as infected hair follicles or might represent a herpes virus infection that was not sexually transmitted. Only your doctor can tell for sure. Make an appointment to be seen so you won’t have to worry any longer about what they might be.
