Q:
What can you do to lose weight fast?

A:
You are not alone in wanting to lose weight fast. However, there are no magic diet plans that can help you do that in a healthy way and also keep the weight off. If your doctor has recommended you lose weight to improve your health, the best approach is to make small changes in your food choices that reduce your overall caloric intake and to increase your physical activity. It may take longer to lose weight this way, but gradual weight loss allows you to continue eating foods you enjoy that meet your nutritional needs, promotes healthy eating and activity habits, and helps prevent gaining weight back when the “diet” is over. Remember, diet pills don’t really help in the long run and they can be dangerous.
