I'm one of the biggest kids in my school (in both ways – weight and height)! I'm 13, and am close to 6ft. I weigh approximately 180-190lbs. I get called fat ALL the time and it hurts a lot. The last two months, I have barely been eating anything – I cut out snacks. I have breasts and huge thighs. I hit puberty when I was 11. Am I over weight for my age or just big? How can I boost my confidence about myself?
I’m a 14-year-old male and I am very large for my age. I'm 6'6” and 271 lbs, but I am very muscular. I am scared that I will keep growing and be a "giant" because I have no body hair except for my pubic region. Also every time I want to find my BMI it says 32.1 but I don't look obese or feel it. Am I obese and will I stop growing?
I am 15 years old. I have been overweight for a long time. I've tried everything from starvation to diets to exercise plans. I can never loose weight. When some kind of plan doesn't work for about a month I tend to get frustrated and eat, thus gaining more weight. Is there a specific age requirement for diet pills? Which diet pill would show results with few side effects?
I'm a 16-year-old female and have bad posture. Ever since I was little my mother told me to stop slouching and unfortunately, I never listened. My shoulders are very round and my stomach sticks out. When I stand and sit straight, I still look like I'm slouching. Is there anyway for me to reverse the effects of slouching and make my back look normal?
When I started puberty (at 12 years old) the muscle on the arches of both of my feet would always hurt after any sport, even if it was just walking. I have tried everything: getting new shoes, icing my feet, soaking my feet and using Mineral Ice. However, the pain always seems to come back. Does size have anything to do with it, because I am an 11 (mens)? Are my feet just weird?
I get cramps when I’m running. Sometimes they are so bad that it hurts to breathe. What causes these cramps and what can I do?
I have little spells when I get into a mood of exercising like crazy and not wanting to eat. I’ll go a couple weeks to a couple months without eating. This has been going on for about two years. I don't think it's a problem, but will it turn out to be one?
I would like to take Hydroxycut and I am a 14-year-old female. It says 18 years and older, but I weigh about 195 and am 5'5. Would it be safe for me?
I’m 14 years old. I weigh 103 pounds. Everyone calls me names like stick and pole. I’m so skinny and do not grow. I eat all the food my stomach can handle and then it starts to hurt if I eat too much. How can I gain more weight?
I’m a 13-year-old boy and I’m currently working out with weights for football season. My dad keeps telling me that when I work out, I should wear briefs under my shorts until I’m at least 17. I like wearing boxers when I’m working out. Do I have to wear briefs for the support?
I'm interested in "bulking up." I'm a 15-year-old boy and have been weight lifting for the last two months. I'm currently taking a multi-vitamin to ensure I'm getting everything I need. I was wondering if I should buy a protein or weight gainer supplement, but after reading your articles, I've decided not to. Is there anything else I should do?
I’m not overweight but my stomach is huge. In the morning my stomach is flat but as I eat it grows until in the evening I look pregnant. I have tried to lose weight by eating healthy and I exercise, but my belly fat just won’t disappear. It makes me really depressed when I look in the mirror. Is there something wrong with me? I feel like a freak!

I'm a 14-year-old girl. I have mild asthma and occasionally use an inhaler. Some days, I get an ache in my sinuses. It's really annoying, and I don't want it to interfere with sports.

What should I do?
I spend hours at a time in front of my computer. Are there any other serious long-term effects from staring at a computer screen too long?
I am a 15-year-old female. I have a problem with my knees. When I run (and sometimes when I walk) they tend to hurt, and most of the time they bruise.
