I get erections five to seven times a day. Is this normal?

Recently my right testicle has been aching especially when sleeping. About a week ago it felt like my testicle was knocked out of place. There was a lump just above the base of my penis on the right hand side and discomfort in my right testicle. I slowly pushed the bump and it felt like my ball slipped and popped back into place. Could this be the cause of the pain due to some swelling or internal damage?
