Drinking Now Can Cause Injuries Later
What Could Happen if You Drink and Drive
I'm a 15-year-old male and lately I’ve had the urge to drink and smoke. I’ve never done either before. What should I do?
My father was is an alcoholic and drug addict. I was the one cleaning up my father’s messes and driving him home from parties when he was drunk. I am 17 and I don’t drink or do drugs. I fear that my 15-year-old brother is becoming like our father. He is sneaking out late at night and the other day I had to go and pick him up from a party that he went to without my mother's knowledge. He was drunk and high. I don’t want to have to relive my nightmare of my father with my brother. What do I do to help my brother and is there help out there for him?
My older brother recently found out he is hypoglycemic. I'm 16 and have been struggling with an alcohol and drug problem. I tried staying clean, but after two months I was back to using and drinking. My mom told me that hypoglycemia is hereditary and most people that have it have drinking problems because they crave the sugar in alcohol. I've been to drug counselors and my doctor, they have offered many suggestions but nothing seems to be working. I crave alcohol badly and I don't know why. Could this be because I'm hypoglycemic?
What is alcohol poisoning?
How can I tell if I have had too much to drink?
Last week my best friend was involved in an automobile accident. She was charged with driving under the influence. I don’t drink but my parents keep acting like they think I do. Should I do anything?
I suspect that my 15-year-old sister is drinking alcohol. What's the best way to approach her on this? I am 13.
